      Growth potential, hires from within, small bank, upper management is reachable, adequate semi thorough job training, decent company to work for

      Cons

      Long long long hours, only major holidays off, very cliche, needs to cross train all employees, update bank system, lots of paperwork, better employee incentives

      Small community feel with lots of support from management and co-workers. Excellent training and flexibility of hours. Work around your school schedule.

      Cons

      Not a very well known bank. The name does not stand out or add much positive value to a resume.
