Pros

Vacation time is good.. competitive wages, and good benefits.

Cons

Very poor leadership and communication. Some management talk down to employees and treat them like kids.. have to work 50 hours a week 9+ months out of year.

Pros

Commercial playground equipment is a great industry, and you get to do good work there. Fun people, and a network of dealers across the country that bring enthusiasm.

Cons

Management philosophy is decades behind current thinking and processes. Antiquated, overly conservative and risk-averse to the extreme. Ideas around efficiency or updated approaches are routinely ignored or put down.

Tim Ahern, previous owner used Intimidation tactics to manage employees. This resulted in poor employee morale and high turnover of key employees.
