      Pros

      The pay is good. That's about it.

      Cons

      Management is unprofessional and retaliates against those who report them to HR. There is no encouragement for development or growth - they tend to actively discourage it to keep you stuck in the position they hired you in. Management provides zero employee support and doesn't hesitate to throw them under the bus. I was never even formally trained for my job.

      Terrible HR All of the product managers are inexperienced and don't understand what is going on. Everything that is built or worked on fizzles out Work is not consistent.

      Very supportive work environment and culture. There’s also lots of opportunity for collaboration with other areas/projects in the firm.

      Cons

      Clients are prioritized over employee well-being. Employees are expected to be 100% available and responsive to clients, even when client relationship and engagement strategies are not conducive to a successful partnership.
