1) Extremely stable employment 2) Work life balance 3) Above average benefits for manufacturing 4) Bonus is stable baring a huge issue

Cons

1) Politics at corporate level hinder plant progress 2) Extremely conservative with capital. Results in lot of band aid solutions and repeat issues. 3) Most salaried employees just seem to be there to collect a paycheck and have accepted things as normal.
