communication within company it's not great. I lot more could be improved if management would work on this on this.

Pros

Set hours. If you drink with plant manager at their favorite local bar you will have nothing to worry about.

Cons

Most of the management is more concerned with their own climbing up the ladder than getting the job done. False promises. Does not care about employees.

BD Dun Laoghaire controls employees by demoralization and fear - no career development prospects in Quality!!!!

Pros

The only pro is the people that work on the manufacturing floor, they will have your back no matter what happens. Shifts are very tightly nit and its one for all all for one type of environment down in the trenches.

Cons

People are regularly getting mistreated and intimidated at work. If anyone dares to exercise their right to raise awareness of their practices via grievance process, that person will be obliterated! The associates are getting railroaded through the legislative loopholes of the BD policies. HR is absolutely partial to side in with the Management. Disciplinary investigations were being conducted when standard human errors were made during workhours. Mental health was never being considered during Covid, people were asked to work from site to create "office optics", although their work didn't require them to be present on site.
