Get to travel. Get experience working at the hospital

They do not recognize for working in service hours. They only use people and never hired them inky to work as contractors, they will give you the ilusion to grown with company but there is not growth, you be another tech, tgey have more than 300 field service techs and sometime you do not have a project, there is not work. People are too dramatic and they are all trying to fight to get a better spot in the company but there is not one

BD employee from 2017-2023 and rehired in 2025! Excited to return to BD. Love the company's global mission Advancing the World of Health, the company's culture Makers of Possible, company's values We Do What's Right, We Are Accountable for Outcomes, We Help Each Other Be Great! BD is an innovative company that encourages employees to speak up and express their ideas to make BD better. Great job referral bonus when a BD associate refers a friend to work with BD.

Cons

I am happy to return to BD and my rehire was much faster than my first hire. BD is very selective and can take months and a battery of interviews from HR Recruiters and Screening Interviews, to interviews with hiring manager, team leads, department director, and anyone BD deems relevant to the hiring of the position applied for, so it could take a couple of months to get a decision, but that is not really a negative for BD as they make sure the right person is hired for the job. I referred a friend to work for BD and it took a couple of months for my friend to be hired.
