Pros
The money is decent without commuting to Dublin. There are many good people who work here.
Cons
The place can wear you down. There is a large disconnect between words and actions. Production is heavily prioritised especially over quality and machine maintenance. This is all while the opposite is preached. It used to be a great place to work but has steadily deteriorated over the last number of years. Some toxicity creeps in from time to time.
