Management was a little clueless.

Stay away from North America Quality (Distribution and Warehousing). Horrible leadership, lost in their own world, very toxic and incompetent people starting from person overseeing Distribution Centers. The worst thing is that they think they are good leaders, which is very laughable to me. Distribution Centers are very disconnected from corporate policies. Favoritism is massive, pay is mediocre, lack of advancements, mentorship, etc. It is a total waste of time!
