      Pros

      Good people and mission. The company’s products help improve human health every day.

      Cons

      With new management the focus has turned enormously to meeting financial targets, often resulting in overworked personnel and what in my opinion is a focus on short-term gain to the detriment of long-term sustainability.

      Good pay for the area. GREAT benefits.

      Cons

      Where do I start? They feel like they can treat you like absolute garbage but throw money at you to keep you around. They did an internal hiring freeze because no one wants to work there anymore... spitting in the face of the loyal workers that WERE left. Now none are. You can literally get in trouble for using too big of words because upper management doesn't know what a dictionary is. They blatantly lie too and ignore the workers. Instead of just taking care of their employees so they will care about their work they spend thousands on cost savings initiatives. All while spitting on their employees. If someone doesn't like you they can end your career advancements.

      Political environment without accountability or subject matter expertise. Very little transparency or real leadership in the culture.
