Job instability No career progression unless you apply for an internal job

I am happy to return to BD and my rehire was much faster than my first hire. BD is very selective and can take months and a battery of interviews from HR Recruiters and Screening Interviews, to interviews with hiring manager, team leads, department director, and anyone BD deems relevant to the hiring of the position applied for, so it could take a couple of months to get a decision, but that is not really a negative for BD as they make sure the right person is hired for the job. I referred a friend to work for BD and it took a couple of months for my friend to be hired.
