      Worst company I have ever worked for ... RUN!

      Pros

      Ventilation sales and service personnel are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Horrible middle and upper management. Self-serving and cold blooded environment. Turnover is a huge problem here. People are constantly looking over their shoulder in fear of losing their jobs. I have seen TOP performers terminated for no other reason than management decided to "go in a different direction". Poor work/life balance. Weekends are not your own and getting time off around the holidays is always denied. Stay away from Carefusion.

      Pros

      The health benefits are fairly decent. Multi cultural, meeting people from different countries and learning their culture.

      Cons

      Poor management and no advancement within unless you're a family member or close friend. People who have been employed there for awhile get away with rules and guidelines without any reprimand.

      Casual environment - helpful co-workers

      Cons

      Contractors are not treated well - excluded from company functions, and let go like old news after 12months of highly productive service simply because BD self imposes Contingency Worker Term Limits.
