Pros
Great pay, vacation, health benefits. Loved the employees I worked with. Good training, teamwork was good with co-workers. Like the schedule, our facility worked 4 10 hour shifts. 3 day weekend except some overtime on occasion.
Cons
Highly stressful, management in my department were somewhat removed and lacked the knowledge to oversee the work to be done. This seemed to be only in this one department. Management throughout the manufacturing area of the facility were great to work with.
