      Pros

      Ventilation sales and service personnel are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Horrible middle and upper management. Self-serving and cold blooded environment. Turnover is a huge problem here. People are constantly looking over their shoulder in fear of losing their jobs. I have seen TOP performers terminated for no other reason than management decided to "go in a different direction". Poor work/life balance. Weekends are not your own and getting time off around the holidays is always denied. Stay away from Carefusion.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great pay, I love the management they are very fair, and there is no micro management. Great and smart co workers.

      Cons

      Work life balance could be better, and there is a fear of job security, the company went through a merger alot of positions have been cut.
