      - Corporation (as so many others) only cares about stock value and quarterly reports - R&D staff has been reduced continuously over time despite company ads to the contrary - What once was a significant effort into organically creating new life science products has been abandoned. R&D staff completely eliminated

      Pros

      Some functional areas within the company are good to work with. Depending on the group you are in there is a lot of flexibility with hours and the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Too much turnover. Corporate management makes decisions based on costs and doesn't consider the impact on the product. Layoffs don't take into account the impact on the products we produce and the engineering expertise required to make them.
