Lack of communicating. need to be seen doing work. As a contractor you will not receive direct deposit. have to be an employee. Requires a car to work, you have to go to all 6 facilities. Dress code. no hoodies, hats, sweat pants, short, pants with holes, inappropriate designs.

BD doesn't care about people anymore, only revenue. Too many corporate driven projects with minimal direction that manufacturing and distribution centers have to follow, work life balance is non existing, managers have poor skills, benefits not as good when BD/BARD were separate, really high turnover, poor communication at all sites and so many more.
