      Pros

      Nice co-workers. Many people seem to choose to work at BD because they want to be at a company that helps others.

      Cons

      Arrogant management. They reward those perceived to be high performers and use the whip (figuratively) on everyone else. They've also taken so-called "agile" way too far by actually calling out people whose work is deemed worthless even though those people were assigned the work by their superiors.
