Pros
- Consistent raises, end of year as well as market adjustment raises - Consistently work between 40-45 hours - Culture is understanding of when life issues get in the way - Fun sports culture - On-site cafeteria
Cons
- Corporate culture is slow and clunky when trying to implement changes - We USED to have a flex-friday schedule, now they removed it 'indefinitely' - Useful trainings are promised but not followed through (green belt six sigma, validations, leadership, etc.) - Little support / focus for projects to help develop skills - Perks are rare/minimal (lunches, offsites, gifts, etc.)
