Low pay, too many processes that prevent change

Corporation treats you like a number Morale at work is the lowest it has ever been Not enough work for many departments so you get pushed on other departments that either don't want you or need you so there is a built in animosity there. Boss: "It's OK, we have no pay no penalty as an offer if there is no work, you can go home, not get paid, but you won't lose your job. Isn't that great?" Employee: "I'm here for the paycheck." No transparency at all as the company seems like it is dying because there is no work for people, yet we are told that we are getting new departments in as early as 2025 ...........
