They have good core values but most of them are not followed at thus place 1) No work life balance 2) Some decisions make them so degraded 3) No transparency in effort kept or genuine recognition being provided 4) Management not open minded with no to and fro discussions. Ex:1) Doesn't concern on emplyee skill set growth 2) Doesn't initiate proper discussion when you leave company 3) Miser to money Sometimes make them look cheap. 4)
