      Good Work - Life Balance Management listens to employees and addresses concerns Highly focused on continuous improvement

      Cons

      Remote work, even though it can be effective, is not highly encouraged. Results accountability of some of the different functional areas could be enforced more. Growth opportunities are somewhat limited.
