Pros
I regard BD as BDU, BD University, because it is a very dynamic, agile and constantly changing company with a very long history. Sometimes changes are painful, chaotic, and overwhelming. But after the dust has settled, most of the changes look very correct, timely and necessary. Just catching up with these changes is a very rewarding experience that helps me in my career and professional development. A challenging growth environment, very competitive but rewarding to move forward.
Cons
Growth opportunities in remote locations are limited. Sometimes very bureaucratic. Promotion can be a very slow process. The compensation is very average.
