Staff still believes in the mission of human health

Cons

- Corporation (as so many others) only cares about stock value and quarterly reports - R&D staff has been reduced continuously over time despite company ads to the contrary - What once was a significant effort into organically creating new life science products has been abandoned. R&D staff completely eliminated

The majority of people are great to work with and there’s everyone is dedicated to getting things right. Benefits and compensation are good.

Cons

The leadership structure is bloated and, in some areas, creates a toxic culture. The level of EQ within management is shockingly low.
