Need marketing!/awareness/branding! What does BDNA stand for? Top exec sits at cube in main open office environment--babysitting/intimidating/smothering environment B office quality, lame facilitates, a/c poor. Culture very silent, not social, stale, boring, and morale mediocre. Very diverse so no unity, cohesiveness, interaction. Understaffed in all but engineering. small team and geographically dispersed to divisivea nd inefficient.
