Local senior management-partners are mostly fantastic. Open door policy. Very personable and foster a good culture. Progression is based on meritocracy

Long hours, busy throughout the year, no overtime pay, TOIL only on chargeable time >40 hours per week

Honestly, really good corporate culture. Genuine people trying to help clients. Leadership was great, team was great. My time at BDO was short but sweet.

Cons

No work from home. Was an adjustment but the people I worked with made it an easier transition (previously 2 days in office).
