*Company has a good reputation *Events * Company as a whole has a very good system already established *The work is done well and reviewed thoroughly by managers *learned a lot and my skills and attention to detail improved significantly *working at BDO does open doors for you
Cons
*Management style is extremely outdated. *People don’t bring their whole selves to work. *Management is sexist *Unfair reviews *Extremely competitive atmosphere. You really can’t ask questions or get help even from people on the same level as you. It’s a company where you always have to fight for your seat at the table (even when there are clearly enough seats) *This job left me sad and depressed. Made me hate myself.
