The company sounded promising during the interview process, but the reality was quite different. Training and business practices are outdated compared to other firms and the internal culture is poor. Turnover is extremely high. Senior management sometimes makes subtle discriminatory remarks, such as commenting on international employees’ accents. I would advise future candidates to do careful research before joining. It’s also worth noting that the rating for a specific employee group suddenly increased by a noticeable margin from 2.8 to 3.7 within a year. This raises questions about the authenticity of some reviews, so I encourage future candidates to look beyond the overall score and read through individual comments carefully.
