No work-life balance, but is not unique to this company. They had a program called BDO Flex which was so vague in definition and I don't know a single employee at BDO that could prove the concept of workplace flexibility in Public Accounting. . I feel like you would have to advocate very aggressively for yourself to switch engagements and most do not have that confidence at this stage The slow delivery of feedback feeds a culture of paranoia and you have most employees, fresh out of school, thinking they are getting fired.
