Good project experience and variety.

Cons

Extemely poor and ineffective processes - Wasted a lot of time due to inefficiencies propagated by inept management. Many people were there to sabatoge your work so you would look bad. A lot of backstabbers and liars. Some are being investigated for ethics violations. Be ware. They try to fool young il-informed fresh grads.

Nothing good to say about my experience with BDO.

Cons

No work/life balance. They want you work long hours, including Saturday and Sundays, just because it's Busy Season. Disrespectful people. A lot of gossip behind your back. Toxic culture. Terrible management. Don't care how clients treat the employees as long as the clients pay high fees.
