      People there were nice and work was fairly straightoforward

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy and monotonous work, people seemed to be underpaid based on what they were doing.

      Able to work from home with restriction, few upper management's managers are good and really take good care of his/her team.

      Cons

      Lack of Training (Domain knowledge), Poor Goals Setting and Review, Favor to "Yesman" staff only, promotion based on no. of "yes" instead merit.
