      Ok place to work if you are fresh out of college and need a paycheck.

      Cons

      Great place if you need a job right out of college. Terrible place if you stay more than two years. If you are mid level and looking for a change don’t even consider this place.

      Experience only...not a long term career company. You will be given plenty of responsibility if you are driven and motivated.

      Cons

      Poor pay and pay scale, below average benefits, unethical practices by management, very budget driven with little incentives, loyalty means nothing, salaried employees are expected to work long hours and paid minimal.
