We offer this training as part of our onboarding process for new employees and provide additional opportunities for employees to further their knowledge through our online training portal, BDP University. One of our goals is to foster an employee's growth and development within BDP. If there are concerns within a team, we suggest reaching out directly to a manager or your local HR representative.
