Can learn the Industry pretty fast there. Company had a good report with vendors

Bottom of the barrel pay, no upward mobility, poor management, high turn over due to poor work/life balance

Pros

Nice office, steady pay, nice staff. The salary is too low and it is not worthy to the workload. .

Cons

A lot of drama, politics within the office. Someone with “relationship” can just chatting Facebook all day long while you work hard as hell. Everyone just cares his own butt. And no one really cares if u r dying from the overloaded work.

Pros

Friendly people, good local management.

Cons

Low pay, no room for real advancement. Most daily tasks could be automated and there is no effort to improve processes or training on the customer side, turning the job into a grind of correcting customer mistakes. Most of the talented employees don't stay long. The vast majority of those that do stay don't have the skills or motivation to go somewhere else and do something better.
