      Pros

      Privately owned, owners get to know employees and genuinely care about them . Lots of opportunity for advancement if you are willing to relocate or work hard.

      Cons

      Still looking for them. The work can be challenging at times and freight forwarding employees move around a lot so they can be short handed at time.

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Management in houston office it is very well experienced and care about their employee. If you are a hard worker you will definitly move up very quick and create a real carrier. Benefits are good compare to some other companies near by. They have an awsome holiday party for Christamas every year and a resionable bonus. The owners are also very friendly and they stop by very often to meet the desk level employee and provide free lunches.

      Cons

      Nothing I could think of right now. Perhaps the training of new employee should be improved a little but in general everything its good.

      Steady paycheck if you need money.

      Cons

      Management is bad, high turnover, lower pay than industry standard, management makes salary decisions and promotions based on popularity rather than the value the employee brings. Lack of communication between management and staff.
