      There is a lot of young talent and good people around that make it a solid environment to be around.

      There is a high workload expectation, and training leaves a lot to be desired once the full expectations have been laid out.

      Love the atmosphere. I like that it's a family business. We are have alot of fun at work but manage to stay professional and deliver great customer service.

      Cons

      Middle management could use more training on how to relate in a healthy professional way with their employees.
