Low-level employees are all friendly and nice. Office and location is pretty decent. Free coffee and tea.
Cons
All the managers and the HR are friendly but just while you're on probation period, after you sign the contract begins the hell with unpaid overtime, unlimited amount of work, threats and even harassment. A total disaster with trainings and team management. Salary is much lower than the average on the market. Complaining about your team lead to the HR make to sense as they are all friends or relatives between each other and they are just closing their eyes on each and every issue. Management understands that mostly all the workers are there because of vizum so they treat their employees in the worst possible ways.
