      Flexibility, work life balance is great. Friendly employees always willing to help. upper management is very accessible and involved.

      Cons

      Unclear on specific goals and tasks. Training not structured. Difficulty working with individual offices.

      All about networking and who you know. Family oriented and flexible,you can learn a lot.

      Pay is not great, subpar in terms of their professionalism and corporate influence outside the their HQ office.

      Smaller, family-run company allows you the opportunity to be recognized by upper management. This company remembers hard work and dedication when opportunities to move up in the organization are open up.
