      Horrible job. Horrible management

      Pros

      An 8 to 5 job Mon thru Fri. A paycheck of some sort.

      Cons

      York, PA Management is rude and uses bad language on a regular basis. There is no formal training and the person selected to train you will either complain about it or ignore you. The managers I worked under were sneaky about hurting your career if you were not family or a friend. It was pathetic and childish. Pay was mediocre.

      Pros

      It's a rapidly growing company with a great customer service reputation in the chemical industry. I do enjoy working with my team. They're putting in a lot of effort recently to boost morale (which could also be a red flag, depending how you look at it)

      Cons

      Not very well trained. Long hours, stressful work, not great pay. The work is not interesting to me- ALL data entry; very repetitive and robotic. Global company, but if you're looking to transfer, don't get your hopes up.

      Pros

      A stable Job. 8:30-5 M-F. A good first job and a good place to gain experience in the industry.

      Cons

      Does not pay well and raises are very small, if you even get one. Not a good work space, as employees are packed together in rows. Not much room to advance in the company, many employees have been in the same position for 10+ years. Turnover is high. Not many perks working for this company.
