      Awful management, not a lot of growth opportunities

      Pros

      Good place to start out if you are new to working in the industry.

      Cons

      The company is run by the all the relatives of the CEO, if you want to have a promotion you need to know someone within the company. The upper management is awful, not much training if any is provided, pretty much sink or swim type of deal. The Internal software is usually designed in a rush with lots of bugs.

      i worked here for two years it was a nice place to work very good enviorment and and all employees are very nice

      Pros

      the pros that stand out to me in my mind is the generous salary and in additoin the small office enviorment are both things that stand out in my head for BDP

      Cons

      Honestly one thing could be better the supervisor that worked there when i did was irresponsible always missing days making costly mistakes and blaiming it on others
