      Good and reasonable manager reasonable Workload varies Decent advancement opportunities

      Bad W/L Balance Little to no time off/holidays, no sick leave PTO is earned throughout the year, legal minimum of time off given Underpay their workers Unfair application of RTO mandate, some aren't forced to come in because it's a little inconvenient, and no incentives for those who are forced back. No parking or compensation for expenses coming to work.
