Business Outlook
Pros
Prior to last year this was a great experience. We were valued employees who were very busy but were paid for our time and efforts. Most of us did not mind the crazy amount of work as we not only appreciated but paid overtime.
Cons
Since the buyout on this company, we are being pressured to complete a higher volume in less hours with less managerial support. We have had significant additions to our workload with not only all overtime cut but basic hours cut back to 37.5 week.
