      Some good people, good company. Great pay management was a nightmare !!

      Cons

      Management micromanaged the death out of you, If you spoke up or tried to introduce a new method or way of working or if you called out the lead. She literally had a temper tantrum.

      travel- work close from home Performance reviews- at least this company knows the difference between performance review raise and merit raise.

      Cons

      Training is not that great at all support could be a bit better no personal dynamics going on at the office. Just another day at a cubi farm.
