Cons

Not sure what there is to add after all what's said below. Every review on this page that has a 5-stars is either outdated or written by the company's SVP in a desperate attempt to fool people into applying. Before finally quitting, I was more depressed than I have been my whole life. The leadership team has created a toxic, manipulative, abusive, unhealthy, unproductive, and oppressive environment, consequently destroying what could have been an industry-changing idea. They've already created an entirely new profile on Glass Door: "BDSA" so be sure to ignore it.

Everything listed on the original BDS Analytics profile. The other reviewer here is spot on: leadership is so unscrupulous and manipulative that they created a new account. But obviously they can’t even convince anyone to write fake reviews since the only one is from leadership (and the gaslighting, rambling and “BevAlc” reference tells us exactly who wrote it). My one hope for the company is that the board will exit the CEO and put an actual leader in charge. There is still time to turn things around. I’m in touch with my former clients, and they see through the facade too. This company is obsolete.
