- The new executive leadership is very compassionate but its the middle management where things suffer still. The "Directors" of the company are, in many cases, individuals 4-5 year post-undergrad who, as a result of the massive turnover BDSA had experienced historically, were anointed leaders given they were some of the only people left who understood the product.
- Given the inexperience, its common for middle management to jockey for position politically, often disparaging one another behind close doors to subordinates and putting them in an uncomfortable position.
- Absolutely little to no effort put into the career development of employees. Not really given clear paths of advancement or salary/bonus expectations.
