      Salary is ok, free lunch, gym in office

      Cons

      Horrific communication between departments, catty coworkers, limited culture, Yes, they give you free lunch and have a gym in office but they are doing the bare minimum in their industry. Extremely limited job growth

      Pros

      They are focused on knowledgeable, certified and experienced consultants. It is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your experience with a lot of projects per year and get all your valuable certifications. If you are really good, they will do what is needed to keep you.

      Cons

      Quite small company. If you like management and there is a good link, then everything is fine. Management is customer facing.
