It was good a few years ago. It took a turn for the worse when they started to hire outside the company.

Pros

Benefits were good. Co-workers were great.

Cons

Too much change all at once. Forcing political views within the company was also concerning. Massive layoffs for digital transformation, but no plan to keep existing systems working.
