Management and leadership are more and more corporate and bank-like, HR has way too much control over compensation. Doing better at your job often just means getting other people's work, with no commensurate raise in pay, title, or authority. Most new positions filled from external instead of internal promotions.

Allows toxic behavior from staff and management Untrusting leadership Overworked staff for lengthy periods of time. Does not care if staff gets burned out and applies salary protection to prevent paying overtime. Management hires friends instead of talent and running the people that actually practice the culture out faster than they can hire. Staff members are entitled and arrogant. Very clicky environment making it difficult to nurture a remote relationship for others. Management only pays attention to the loudest complainers There are some departments that do not seem to be so bad. Doesn’t acknowledge remote staff durning company events as if they were in person.
