      They do treat their employees well, good benefits, good base pay, co-workers are fun to work with.

      Cons

      Management can be out of touch and do not represent the company vision but instead their own.

      Pros

      On the Retail Delivery team, very strong leadership belief in developing employees evidenced in many new positions being created in branches and back office. Great time to join and grow your career. I’ve been at BECU 7+ years and have learned so much and grown as a professional. BECU cares and it’s demonstrated in many aspects. It’s a growing and ethical organization focused on serving people. Diversity and inclusion is a major focus and I appreciate that.

      Growing pains which naturally come as organizations get bigger.
