      Pros

      Employees at all levels truly walk the talk by putting members first, doing the right things, keeping it real, & etc. Tons of supportive collaboration throughout the credit union.

      Cons

      Some branches don’t have enough space to meet the need for more desks.

      Pros

      I love working at BECU. I feel like I have a seat at the table and that my voice is heard. I am able to move forward on my ideas because my teammates trust me and believe in me. We are supportive of each other at work and in life; sometimes we need to leave unexpectedly for an emergency, a doctor's appointment, or shorten our work day to catch a flight, and everyone is very understanding. I feel like I get to immerse myself in BECU when I'm at work, and when I need time to myself to not think about work, I get plenty of that in my life, too.

      Cons

      The company is growing so fast and I can't keep up with all the new faces coming in every week! Too many new friends!

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule Super supportive teams Employee culture BECU really lives by the values and philosophy of People Helping People. They use the member as their guide for decision making which feels incredibly refreshing for a financial institution to be so very mission driven. It translates into the every day culture where employees are empowered to do the right thing for the member.

      Cons

      Located in Tukwila, which isn't super convenient
