Great benefits medical/dental/vision, BEWELL dollars for employees towards "activity" promoting items (fitness tracker/smart watch, sporting equipment, running shoes, etc.) up to $600 a year, 2 weeks of PTO- paid time off per year, etc.

Cons

Long days, typical day is 9:30 - 6:15 schedule, 8:30 - 6:15 if you work a Saturday with 1 day off during week.

Amazing team and benefit. Management is always there to help or cheer you on.They go over everything and they make sure you have support in training.

Cons

I think BECU is right on target. They change when it is needed and do what is right for the staff. So I can’t see a bad thing at all.
