      Pros

      Great Benefits, Great Leadership (Benson Porter & Doug Marshall). Tons of sponsored events. Love their slogan of People helping People something they truly stand by. In Oct 2015 they closed all of their locations and sent their entire workforce to local high schools to teach about finances. They not only paid for us to do that but they also paid us mileage for the ones you had to travel pretty far. It was a successful event, just absolutely amazing. They also do rate reduction on auto loans without the member having to refinance. They are also one of the few companies still offering a pension. There are so many different departments and they usually promote from with in.

      Cons

      Money, they don't pay their employees very well unless you're high up on the food chain. The front line soldier are not treated to a decent check. So they typically have high turnover and their constantly rehiring new employees and who make rookie mistakes because their new. The little people are expendable no matter how successful you are. Terrible auto loan rates.
